Justly renowned as a culinary innovator, South Jersey native Kevin Sbraga brings exceptional creative experience to the kitchen and is pleased to be a part of the World Class advisory team of professionals guiding the design and execution of the Healthy Choices project.
Best known for his winning turn on Season 7 of Bravo’s hit Top Chef, he is also an inventive executive chef who has helmed some the country’s most exciting restaurants of the past 10 years.
Today, Kevin serves as Vice President of Food Hall Operations for Legends Hospitality. Prior to joining Legends, in his current role, he served as Principal of Sbraga Consulting a Hospitality Management & Consulting with a focus on up-and-coming food halls.
In addition, he served as Culinary Consultant for the exclusive Cowboys Club, a members-only luxury lifestyle club in Frisco, Texas.
