Roger brings more than three and a half decades of extensive operational experience in all facets of the Food & Beverage and Hospitality Industries to the educational setting as an instructional coordinator for the Healthy Choices project.

With a diverse background including senior leadership positions at four-star, four-diamond resorts and Atlantic City Casino Hotels, Roger has trained and managed hundreds of front-line and supervisory personnel over the course of his career.

After spearheading a role as a liaison between high school students, college students and adults looking to enter the hospitality workforce, Roger has refocused his passion and provides unparalleled experience to ensure that Healthy Choices project instructors and staff members are providing easy-to-understand lessons, tips and techniques which set the stage for a positive experience in the quest for a healthy lifestyle.
